Eligibility quiz
The eligibility quiz on our medical weight-loss page is a screening step. This quiz does not prescribe medication or guarantee treatment. Final decisions are made by a licensed provider.
Submitting the quiz does not create a provider-patient relationship.
Medical decisions and results
All medical decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare professionals. Medications are prescribed only when medically necessary. GLP-1 medications are not suitable for everyone. Results may vary.
A licensed provider decides whether a medication is appropriate for you. Medications may be compounded by a licensed pharmacy; compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Individual results vary, and we do not guarantee any particular result.
Booking and third-party services
Booking takes place on pages run by third-party services:
- LeadConnector booking pages, opened by our "Book a Consultation" buttons.
- Our practice scheduler at my.hydroglohealth.com, opened by our weight-loss scheduling links.
Our website also links to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and to Google Maps for directions.
Each of these services has its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
Fees and cancellation
- Our website takes no payments.
- We have no hidden fees and no long-term contracts.
