Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, when administered by trained medical professionals, IV hydration therapy is generally safe. The procedure involves delivering fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals directly into the bloodstream via an intravenous drip, bypassing the digestive system for rapid absorption. Most reactions are mild, such as slight redness or discomfort at the injection site. Patients in the Charlotte area and beyond can feel confident knowing that certified providers follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to minimize risks.

Individuals experiencing dehydration, fatigue, athletic exhaustion, or recovering from illness may see significant benefits. It’s also popular among those with nutrient absorption challenges or seeking enhanced wellness support. However, it’s not recommended for people with certain medical conditions like heart or kidney failure without medical clearance.

Frequency depends on your goals—some opt for weekly sessions during high-stress periods, while others choose monthly maintenance. First-time users are encouraged to start with one or two sessions to observe how their body responds.

Expect a relaxing 30–60 minute experience in a comfortable setting. A small needle inserts a catheter into your arm, and the fluid drips slowly. Most describe it as painless, relaxing and rejuvenating.

Stay hydrated, eat a light meal, and wear comfortable clothing. Avoid alcohol and excessive caffeine beforehand to optimize results.

Most clients feel the hydration during the drip itself, and the vitamin effects within 12–24 hours. Energy, sleep and skin improvements are most consistently reported by members on a monthly cadence. Wellness, like a savings account, rewards consistency.

Pricing varies based on the blend, ingredients, and location. Many find the energy boost and wellness benefits well worth the investment. We also offer package pricing for regular visits.

IV vitamin therapy is considered an elective wellness service and is not typically covered by insurance. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for medically indicated services.

Yes, our mobile concierge serves the greater Charlotte area six days a week,  Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm, and Saturdays from 10am-2pm.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with certain kidney or heart conditions, and anyone on specific medications should consult their physician before booking. We always err on the side of declining a service when in doubt. That is the beauty of having a nurse on your side.

"I was feeling absolutely miserable, barely able to climb stairs, due to the extreme heat while playing golf. Within an hour, I had my energy back and felt amazing! This is becoming a part of my 'stay healthy' ritual beginning TODAY!"
